In Pictures: Building work update
While we’re closed for the summer it’s all go with the construction phase of Building a Sound Future. The site is strictly out of bounds to the public and St George’s staff and we don’t know about you but we were desperate to see what progress has been made in the last few weeks!

An opening has been created from what was the accessible toilet, through to the men’s, with the ladies visible in the background. We are nearly doubling the number of toilets in the venue!
The Green Room is being extended into what was the Box Office to create a more comfortable back stage space for artists. The wall between the Green Room and the Box Office has already been removed.

While there will be very few changes in the hall, works have started on new power cabling and doorways.
